The Report of Findings consultation includes full a full assessment of your examination and X-ray findings. Your Chiropractor will then make recommendations for your care based on these findings. Spinal adjustment also included in the consultation.

Department of Veteran Affairs / Chronic Disease Management Plans (CDMP)
You could be eligible for rebates for Chiropractic, Dietetics and Podiatry Care through DVA/Medicare.
All Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP) appointments are to be paid in full at time of service. Medicare will rebate the full amount back into your designated bank account within approximately 2-3 days. It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure they are eligible for CDMP Medicare/DVA rebates. Further information regarding your eligibility can only be provided through Medicare or your referring GP.
Please be aware as of 1st of July 2023 the following updates to our Practice Policy for Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP) patients will apply:
If you are a current holder of a government healthcare card, pensioner concession card, commonwealth seniors health card or any person under 16, there are no changes, and you will continue to be billed at the bulk-billing rate
For all other patients, standard consultation fees apply on the day of your visit and the Medicare rebate amount will be refunded to your chosen account
